What material is used?
Our miniatures are made from premium grey resin chosen for crisp detail and reliable tabletop strength.
Do models come painted?
Models are supplied unpainted unless a listing clearly says otherwise. You can add your own painted product photos later.
How long does shipping take?
Stocked items usually dispatch within 1-3 working days. Made-to-order sets can take 5-10 working days before dispatch.
Can I request a custom model?
Yes. Send your idea through the contact page with scale, reference notes, and the purpose of the model.
What is the refund policy?
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with photos and your order details so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Do models need assembly?
Some larger boss models and army sets ship in parts for safer delivery. Product pages list assembly requirements.
